Another delicious recipe with chocolate pearls

Today we share with you a very delicious recipe, created by the wonderful Diana from @your.fit.moments

"Today's recipe is for the soul. And not only... I present to you Chocolate and peanut butter cups with probiotic pearls 🤤 For the times when you need #comfortfood ❤"

For the chocolate layer:

10 g of coconut oil

40 g of chocolate of your choice

12 tsp popped quinoa (maybe amaranth)

For the peanut layer:

2 tablespoons of peanut tahini/butter for each mold

10 g of coconut oil

I topped with popped quinoa and natural chocolate probiotic pearls (sweetened with stevia and erythritol)

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. We put 3 tsp. of the quinoa in each mold and distribute the chocolate mixture. Mix lightly, let it harden in the freezer. Then add the peanut mixture and cook again for a while. We decorate on top and return to the freezer again. Leave for 5-10 minutes at room temperature before consumption. 😊

Enjoy!
