Strawberry-walnut bars with probiotic pearls
The products you need are:
For the bars:
– 50 g of walnuts
– 50 g of oatmeal
– 50 g of banana
– 20 g of protein with strawberry and coconut flavor
– 20 g of coconut flour
– 15 g of coconut shavings
– 20 g walnut tahini (other tahini or butter)
– 35 g of agave syrup (another sweetener)
For decoration:
– Strawberries
– Chocolate
– Dietary probiotic pearls with natural chocolate, without sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the walnuts and oatmeal until you get a flour.
2. Mash the banana.
3. Mix all the products in a bowl and mix well.
4. Spread the resulting mixture in a tray on baking paper and leave in the freezer until it hardens.
5. Then you cut into the shape you want, decorate with the strawberries, chocolate and pearls and your bars are ready.
Store the bars in the refrigerator
