It's time for another delicious recipe, this time from silviya_iv.

A delicious, easy and healthy breakfast in a few steps:

- 35 g of oatmeal
- 1-2 tbsp. Chia seed
- almond milk
- protein powder of choice
- 1 capsule of probiotic Bactojoy Femin
- fruit and coconut chips
Preparation is very easy. I mix the oats, chia, protein powder with almond milk and mix. I pour in the probiotic contents, stir again and let it sit for 1-2 hours. I decorate with fruit, coconut chips and shavings and eat!
