She tells us how she makes Probiotic Peanut Bars
Products:
For the foundation:
50 g of peanut butter;
50 ml of melted coconut oil;
50 g of oatmeal;
2 tbsp. carob flour;
1 tbsp. probiotic pearls with natural chocolate
For the frosting:
50 g dark chocolate without sugar;
1 tsp peanut butter;
1 tsp milk chocolate probiotic pearls for sprinkling
Preparation of peanut bars with probiotic
Put all the ingredients for the base in a blender and mix until smooth;
Transfer to a dish previously lined with baking paper. Flatten and refrigerate to set;
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the peanut butter and pour over the stiff base;
Sprinkle the probiotic pearls on top and put back in the fridge;
When the chocolate has set, you can cut into pieces. Keep them in the fridge because the peanut butter makes them go soft quickly.
