Chocolate Pearl Oatmeal:
🍽 Necessary products 🍽:
🍓 25 g of oatmeal
🍓 125 g skir
🍓 50 g of yogurt
🍓 20 ml nut milk
🍓 10g of erythritol
🍓 20g chocolate drops
🍓 topping: @bulgarbiotic chocolate pearls , strawberries and banana
👩🏻🍳 Method of preparation 👩🏻🍳
• In a bowl, mix: oats, skim milk, sour and nut milk, erythritol. Mix them well.
• Melt the chocolate drops in a water bath and spread evenly over the oatmeal.
• Sprinkle @bulgarbiotic 's chocolate pearls and leave overnight in the fridge.
• In the morning, add the fruit. 🍓
